    If you’re frustrated, tired of guessing, and worried about where your body’s heading you’re in the right place.
    Most people I work with aren’t at their best when they reach out. They’re not lazy. They’ve just tolerated too much, for too long.

    Some tried physical therapy. Some bounced between gyms or trainers.
    Now they’ve hit a point where something needs to change and fast.

    I work with people who are ready to stop guessing and start rebuilding.

  • Just getting in shape

    Not everyone who shows up is injured or in pain.
    Maybe your here because a doctor gave you a warning.
    Maybe your bloodwork’s off. Maybe your joints are stiff. Maybe you're just winded walking stairs.


    But you’ve seen enough to know where this road leads if you don’t make a change.

    Here’s what you need to know:
    • You won’t be pushed into some influencer-style workout plan.
    • We’ll train based on where you are now mobility, strength, stability.
    • You’ll leave with a plan built to help what’s vulnerable and strengthen what’s weak.

  • Whats First

    Your first session is an assessment, ($170 and approximately 2 hours) but not the kind you’ve seen before.
    We go deep mobility, pain patterns, old injuries, habits, stress, energy, history, doctors reports and medications. I ask a lot of questions because we are building YOUR program from your experiences.

    You’ll walk out knowing:
    • What look to be the problem
    • What’s feeding it
    • What we’re going to do about it

    From there, I give you a custom intervention plan: table work, corrective movement, structural reset.
    We don’t jump straight into workouts. You earn movement by fixing the patterns that are frustrating you.

  • What and How Often

    Twice a week That’s the minimum.
    I don’t offer once-a-week sessions anymore, because they don’t work.
    They leave you frustrated, me wasting time, and both of us questioning the process.
    If you’re not ready to show up consistently, this isn’t for you.

    What you’ll actually do:
    You’ll fix the patterns that keep putting you in pain.
    You’ll start to recognize the habits and movements that can lead to problems.
    We go from correction → strength → durability.
    Simple. Not easy.

    There’s no fad here. No gimmicks. Just the work.on goes here.

  • Constant Reassessment

    At the 4 month mark (roughly 24 sessions), we pause to assess not because you're “done,” but to check direction, progress, and alignment.

    This isn’t about being “fixed.” Most people don’t walk in with a 12-week problem. Some issues will take longer. Some may not fully resolve and that’s the honest truth.

    But this checkpoint tells us whether we’re on the right path, or if something needs to change physically, behaviorally, or logistically.

    If you’re not seeing value either in your body or from working with me we talk about it. Directly.
    This process only works when we’re both all-in and honest.

  • This is not for you.

    Let’s keep it clear.

    • If you cancel more than you show up this won’t work. My time matters, and so does yours.
    • If you won’t do the work between sessions save your money. This is a partnership.
    • If respect for people is negotiable for you t’s not negotiable for me.

    • And if you tell me one thing but do another I’ll see it. And I’ll call it.

    This process only works when we’re both all in.
    You can go slow. You can screw up. That’s human.

    But if you’re not honest about where you’re at or what you’re doing, I won’t pretend it’s working just to keep the wheels turning.
