If your body’s been fighting you, give me one hour.

This isn’t a training package. It’s a diagnostic session for people whose bodies aren’t cooperating pain, plateaus, fatigue, or just not bouncing back.

You move. I watch.

  • What it is

You’ll come in. We’ll pick simple lifts: a squat, a reach, a gait test.
I’ll watch how your body handles it. Where it cheats, locks up, hesitates, or overcompensates.

    You’ll walk out knowing:

What movement patterns are breaking you down

What’s blocking strength, recovery, or energy

What to stop doing and what to start instead.

  • What it isn't

I don’t diagnose injuries. I don’t prescribe treatment. And I won’t waste your time with a sales pitch.

If you’re post-surgery, post-baby, or just sick of being stiff and exhausted I’ll show you how your body’s compensating and what that’s costing you.

It’s one session. You learn something. You leave with a plan.

If it makes sense to stay, we keep going. If not, you’ve still got clarity.

What You Get

A movement-based breakdown of what your body’s doing (and avoiding)

  • Clear, testable insight into your limitations or pain triggers

  • A take-home strategy (written or video) to start fixing the issue

  • A chance to ask real questions without being rushed
